Originally grounded in construction and design management, Maxi Projects has grown into a trusted consultancy known for balancing practical buildability with high-quality design outcomes.

We’re often engaged early in a project’s life cycle to provide feasibility advice, scope development, stakeholder engagement, and design coordination—ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are clear and achievable. Recently working with Aspen Group to manage the redevelopment of recently acquired assets, bringing together our experience in stakeholder coordination, staged delivery planning, and design resolution.

 

Our clients appreciate that we stay involved throughout delivery, providing ongoing oversight, technical input, and practical problem-solving as construction progresses.

We’ve been fortunate to contribute to a number of high-profile and iconic projects. These include the award-winning Gage Roads Brew Co. fitout in A-Shed, Fremantle, where we oversaw construction-side management for the transformation of a heritage waterfront warehouse into a landmark hospitality venue.

 

We also played a key role in the METRONET Armadale Line Upgrade, managing the application of the 7km-long Graphic Trail artwork.

Maxi Projects is also a long-term consultant to Fremantle Ports, where we continue to provide proactive maintenance planning, structural inspections, and scope development across their asset portfolio. Our familiarity with the site and our MSIC clearances allow us to assist efficiently and safely in restricted areas.

In the government space, we regularly support agencies like the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA), where we assist with site upgrades and maintenance works in sensitive environmental and heritage contexts.

 

We also provide support across local government, cultural, and community projects, including our current role with HIWA (Holocaust Institute of WA) delivering the new Holocaust Exhibition fitout—a significant and meaningful contribution to WA’s cultural infrastructure.

We also bring experience working in remote and regional WA, offering site assessment, scope development and project planning services for mining clients needing independent, practical support to maintain and adapt their infrastructure assets.
