So what makes Maxi Projects different from other project managers?

Maxi projects provides in-house design & documentation capabilities, in addition to project management. Acting as the project manager & designer is the difference, as the Project Management informs the Design Process, and the Design Process informs the Project Management.

Controlling the design allows Maxi Projects to control the flow of communication during the project, reducing the potential for redundant or incorrect information to make it through to construction, while improving the speed of project delivery and design co-ordination.
